They were the first ones to arrive at the venue in the morning, and the last to leave at night, and  they made the day run so smoothly, giving me the time to relax with my bridesmaids instead of running around organizing everything, which was exactly the reason I hired them in the first place. I’m especially impressed with all the little details they had thought of, that I hadn’t, such as bringing blankets for our guests (it was an outdoor wedding) and bringing a bottle of sparkling wine for us in the morning, which worked out

When Sahar and Daniela of Modern Mint Event Coordinators offered to plan Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association’s first “Walk for the Kitties”, they had fewer than 8 weeks to pull the event together.
